We have two condos to choose from. C10 and C11 are side by side if you needed both for a large group. They are 1200sq.ft.each. Each condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and direct access to the common bathroom. Each condo has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Our condos are on the top floor with balconies overlooking the pool area. All balconies are screened in. Our condos are Non-Smoking. Summer Tree Village has specific rules regarding pets, motorcycles and other items. Please click the rules link and review them.
